Quick prologue
Just going to introduce this stuff quick so you got the necessary background. I'm not going to work to make it "TEH FUNNEH" or whatever you retards call it these days. Anyway, that is just about as fun as the entire site gets. All the clothes are ridiculously overpriced, though, so to make enough gold, the best idea (aside from our idea, which ended up being the entire point of "Project Megan 2: Project Meganer") was to go around the forums posting ridiculous amounts of posts, preferably with as little content or thought going into them. That idea has really taken off with, say, everyone on the bored. Oops I mean board, what a crazy accidental typo. But really, there are threads with THOUSANDS of pages. That means tens of thousands of posts or more.
Our idea was much more creative and proactive. I started by registering as a girl, posting a "personal" (that Ran wrote) on the "girl seeking boy" section, saying I would cyber for gold (other people had posted saying the same thing, probably other guys). I posted and instantly got offers by several people with absolutely nothing to do all day but go on Gaia. This is how it all began.

And so Project Megan 2 was on, the role of "Megan, the totally stupid-as-a-rock girl that guys will fall in love with anyway" was set in place.

So yes I did have cybersex with guys for Gaia gold (which is worth nothing unless you want clothes for your avatar, who can't be posed by the way and look absolutely godawful when zoomed). I don't think Ran cared. I would say I didn't care either, but I think jerking off might be counted by some people as "caring." The thing is that it's more interesting to me to pull a scam on these people than to just get it on with them. A lot of them are really bad at this stuff.
I occasionally sent out actual pictures of Ran to people. Sometimes I said they were me, sometimes I said they were a sexy female friend of mine. One person even drew a picture, claiming he could draw. I'm not going to let you judge, I'm just going to say, he can't.

Some of the guys were incredibly cheap, which was infuriating to Ran and I. Some wanted 50 gold per act. That's basically like giving you a dollar to take it in the ass. I had to set a minimum at like 100, which is of course incredibly cheap, and it's sad of me to put out my incredibly super hot cybering-with-guys-while-pretending-to-be-a-girl skill for such a low price. One guy refused to pay, claiming he was so good. So of course I did him, but it ended up being a great idea, and the real root of this project.

At the very beginning, he was "Mr. Passionate." Then he became "the pedophile." Then it was just Matt. And people named "Matt" the world over will never be the same.

It was disorienting to go back and forth from "Asukawaii Nyao Megan kawaii tee hee ^_^ lol" to my normal self, with my totally perfect, objectively GREAT typing skills. I sort of got used to it and it wasn't too much to handle as long as I was only talking to one person with each name. I used an AIM plugin that's like AIM+ (called MyIM) for AIM cloning, and the logging. I kept Ran in the know by pasting things to her.
Anyway, soon after we kept talking to Matt because he ended up being worth it for the entertainment value alone. And he wouldn't stop getting funnier and funnier.
